Calendar for Summer 2009

Monday, May 4
Registration for credit courses begins.

Friday, June 12
New credit classes formed based on enrolment.

Wednesday, June 24
Late registration at (locations to be determined) between 5:00 and 7:30 pm. Last day to register in home school.

Thursday, June 25
Last day to register at Continuing Education.

Monday, June 29
Where space permits, late registration takes place at any of the regular summer school sites between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Tuesday, June 30
Summer school administration telephones students between 9:00 am. and 3:00 pm, regarding credit class cancellations and transfers. Late registration between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm.
Note: Admission is dependent on space being available for late registrants.

Wednesday, July 1
Canada Day - all locations closed.

Thursday, July 2
Classes begin for all new credits and first session of make-up credits.
Students with inquiries should report to their summer school location at 8:00 am.

Thursday, July 16
Exam review and final report card day for first session make-up credits.
Mid-term report card for new credits and full make-up credits.

Friday, July 17
Classes begin for second session of make-up credits.
Students with inquiries should report to their summer school location at 8:00 am.

Friday, July 31
Exam review and final report card day for new credits, full make-up credits and second session make-up credits.
