We are located one street west of Kennedy Road, north of Clarence Street and east of Centre Street.

At the SWC Hub we:

are a school-based, early learning program for families with children ages birth to four years
provide information and referrals to community programs and services
have an on-site teacher, teaching assistant, social worker, speech pathologist and community outreach worker for your convenience

How to register
Please drop-in to fill out a registration form and for an orientation of our centre.

Things to know
Parents/caregivers must participate in the program and are responsible for the children at all times. Families should enter through the main doors at the front of the school. Please leave strollers in the foyer of the hub.

Everyone must wear shoes or slippers. Boots must be left in the cubbie area before entering the hub. Children should have appropriate clothing for outdoor activities.

If you or your child is ill, please wait 24 hours before returning to the hub. If your child has a contagious disease, please do not attend the hub.

We encourage nutritious snacks for the children to promote healthy eating. On occasion we will provide special snacks relating to our themes at the hub.

Please let one of the staff members know if your child is unable to have a particular food item.
Please do not bring any peanut products to the school building as some students may have life-threatening allergies to nuts.
You may join your child at snack time but no hot drinks are permitted.

10:15 to 10:45 a.m.	Planned activities	2:15 to 2:45 p.m.
10:45 to 11 a.m.	Reading activities	2:45 to 3 p.m.
11 to 11:15 a.m.	Dismissal	3 to 3:15 p.m.
