Our daily activities
On a typical day in a Parenting & Family Literacy Centre children are engaged in a range of activities that encourage language development, problem solving and socialization.

The centre offers a variety of fun learning activities for children, while engaging parents in their child's learning. Through music, stories and play, babies and children can start to build essential skills like sharing, early literacy and numeracy as well as communications skills. The play-based program enhances children’s natural curiosity and desire for exploration while helping them learn.

Children can play with each other and become more familiar with the school and its activities. The centre is also a great place for parents to meet other families and share ideas. They can also borrow books in different languages, learn activities they can do with their children at home and learn about additional community resources.
