IMPACT Consulting

Impact Consulting is a leadership consulting firm that aims to provide leadership training for young individuals who want to improve and hone their ability to lead. The goal of Impact Consulting is to teach people how to be effective leaders of themselves and others in the society. Only through the development of leadership skills can a sense of purpose and vision be established that will give youth the courage needed to have a positive impact in the society.

Due to a lack of mentoring and structured development, many people lack the ability to lead and make effective decisions that will affect their lives positively. In order for this goal to be accomplished, an enabling environment must be created to give them the necessary tools.

We provide leadership training primarily for student and youth organizations.  Our clients (youth or individuals) go through a four to five week training workshop called IMPACT or a one-day three hour training workshop called EFFECTIVENESS IN LEADERSHIP.  We focus on topics such as leadership, crafting your vision/purpose, risk management, conflict resolution, budget management, strategy planning and management, mental poverty, and increasing capacity. We also customize our delivery depending on the needs of our clients.

At the end of the training period, a certificate of leadership development will be given to the individuals that participated.

Topics include:

  • leadership
  • crafting your vision/purpose
  • risk management,
  • conflict resolution,
  • budget management,
  • strategy planning and management,
  • mental poverty
  • increasing capacity

Preferred grade levels: Grade  8 to 12

Speaker fee: IMPACT it is $70 plus tax per student (minimum of 25 students), and for EFFECTIVENESS IN LEADERSHIP it is $40 plus tax per student (minimum of 25 students)
